| You might have heard the saying "A journey of a thousand step begin with one",
The mind is the first step. Creating a powerful goal. Think of this like
driving on the road. You can't drive blindfolded, You have to see the
goal or at least make a mental image of it. Alot of people skip this very
important and fail.

| Losing fats or weights starts with the mind. Once you've made the goal the image
and all think about it as often as you can. Obviously without action this won't
work but even with all the best nutrition and exercise in the world can't help you
if you without this mind setting. Like an animal stalking it's prey with only one thing
on it's mind. If you can master this step then you are about 90% closer to your goal.
Temped by that sweet tooth or cravings, just feeling lazy to exercise... NO! with this
step you can easily overcome these pitfalls called failure that alot of people falls.
I'm sure you've heard of this line, "You can do anything if you put your mind to it".So
put your mind to it and go.

| Think of a piece of blank paper, There's nothing on it. Now think that there is a lot of
red dots, hard to focus huh? Now put a blue dot on that paper, It's easier to focus now.
The red dots represents all the negative thoughts that might pull you down on your goal,
while obviously the blue dot is the positive thought that gives you the edge. Don't say "I'll try" say "I'll do it".Once you've establish this you will forget all those distracting
red dots and focus on your goal better.

| Make it specific - Don't just say "lose weight" you have to be a little more specific. It's
like saying to a barber "cut here", you have to specify it a little. choose a goal that you
can be measured weekly at the earliest and something that's realistic like 1-2lbs. a week
Create a deadline - The bigger the goal the longer the time. People tend to goof off alot
because the deadline is far, This is common in school and even work but in the end nothing
really good comes out of it. If you have more time to prepare the better.Time is gold use it
wisely.
Long Term, Short term - Set a Long term, mid term and short term goal. Think big! start small.
Reward youreslf - give yourself a little reward after reaching to a certain goal. This way it
will be quite satisfying.
