To lose the fat we have to eat less than what the body needs(see diet section)
and to exercise, neglecting the other then you won't achive your goal.If you go on a diet
without exercise slows your metabolism and you'll lose some muscle mass which is the furnace
of fat burning and eating too much than what your body would use is stored as fats, of course
you can always exercise more but that would be time consuming and just plain silly but if you
mix the two in the right way you would have a efficent fat sexy burning body.

| Doing low intensity cardio exercises is not very recommended because you won't burn enough. This
is another common thing i see in gyms. The body won't be challenged enough to burn your fats. It's
just the same as sitting down and talking to another person. Moderate(60%-80% heart rate) of continus
30-45mins of cardiois recommended instead.

| Up to date this is the best form of cardio. For me it is because of 2 things (1)saves time,
(2)you burn calories after a the exercise is done. This is done by alternating high intensity with
moderate intensity for a maximum of 20 mins and after the exercise your metabolism is hold in high
gear for a few extra hours meaning you burn more fat after the you finish the exercise.
Ex of HIIT program
A.) 5 mins warm up
B.) 1 min spritn(run as fast as you can!)
C.) 30 sec jog
D.) repeat steps B-C
E.) 5 mins cool down
Total time should only be 20 mins. including the warm up and cooldown.
note: the 1 min-30sec ratio is just an example you can change the ratio to your preference just make
sure you are doing it right. for me i use a 1:1 ratio(1min run, 1 min rest). |

| A friend of mine and me was discussing about fitness then he suggested a moderate intensity exercise
and I suggested the HIIT all the way. We were correct in some sense but I was just a little curious
and started thinking what happend if i mix these two? The result it was great! I got the best of both
types of cardio and with weight lifting I was able to maximize my training.

| Many people says that the best time for doing cardio is early in the morning when you wake up. The reason
is that you have low glycoen sources and your body is in the optimal condition for fat burning. Science
show that your doing this is 300% more effective than any other time in the day and people are more likely
to be more consisitent. What about weight lifting in the morning? the same, but always do weights first cardio later.
the ideal time program is you would do cardio in the morning then weight lift in other time of the day but not all of
us have the time to do that, but if you can then go for it. Always remember to do weights first then cardio later doing
cardio first then weight after is counter productive to your training.
What if you only have morning to exercise? Then you can alternate the cardio and weight lifting days, ex. MWF-Weights,
TTH-cardio <- this is what i do
Sometimes we have to be crative to insert exercise in our routine. |
