A short story about me, I was unhealthy when I was younger with little or
no exercise at all. I don't play sports or anything, I wasn't very active
at all. I just watched TV the whole day and eating, stuffing my face.When
I began collage I weight in at 220lbs. I didn't mind it. Then some buddies
of mine and I decided to hit the gym At that time I was at an all high of 247lbs.. There was a little progress and I
people started to notice it. As the days goes it was difficult because of
the busy schedule but that did not stop me. I was looking researching was
and I happend to stumple into a vast knowlage and there it began, with the
knowledge I learn I manage to eat and exercise better. My progress increased
by ten folds. I've never felt better in my entire life! and now I will share what I know and will know to you.
My aim here is to teach you how to lose fat naturally and in the process,
you can enjoy the joys of being fit.There's no starving yourself here just
eating right and what to eat.The plan here are simple but not easy.YES,it's
not very easy and takes time but with it you get something really worth your
while, A lifetime of health and a permament results.
